As Erin Balser reported in her feature “Cooking The Edible City,” Toronto’s Coach House Books collaborated with Vepo Studios to produce a series of fun how-to videos supporting the press’s anthology on local culinary hot spots and food issues, The Edible City: Toronto’s Food from Farm to Fork. The first of those videos, which were filmed at Toronto’s Dish Cooking Studio and feature anthology contributors whipping up their favourite dishes, is now posted on Open Book Toronto. The first video is of saucy author Kathryn Borel Jr. who whipped up a sausage apple cornbread stuffing for the cameras.
The second and third videos, featuring roti and the Toronto cocktail, will appear on the site over the next two Mondays.
