As part of the art show “Scary Monster Beautiful” and in conjunction with OpenBook Toronto, House of Pomegranates brings you an intimate evening of readings in the dark. “Beautiful Monsters” promises a unique experience: you’ll use headphones (provided or bring your own) to listen in as the lights dim to black. Writers sharing their strange poetry and stories tonight include Tony Burgess, Sandra Kasturi, Andrew Pyper, Nancy Baker, Liisa Ladouceur, and PackAnimal.
