The News: Austin Clarke FTW! Google Editions and more…

Last night Austin Clarke won the Toronto Book Award for his latest novel, “More.” Congratulations Austin! Couldn’t happen to a classier guy. (via OpenBook Toronto)

Google made a splash at the Frankfurt Book Fair by announcing that it is launching a new service next year called “Google Editions” which will allow users to download books and read them on everything from the web to cell phones to e-readers. (via Ars Technica)
